Upper Elementary Classroom
Student Supplies List
In addition to the $75.00 material fee , your child will need the following supplies
at school. You may drop these off before the school year starts if
you like. The ILMS Office is open from 9:00 am–1:00 pm Monday
through Friday.
Shoes and Slippers
To keep our new floor clean and beautiful, we ask students to remove
their street shoes and put on soft, comfortable slippers upon entry
into our classroom. Please send your child with these extra slippers
to keep at school. Make sure to avoid slippery soles.
For the times that they are outside, please make sure that your child
wears shoes that are appropriate for running, jumping, and other physical
activities.
Snack and Lunch
Each student will need to bring a little snack to enjoy during
the morning work period. Ms. Kirsi will not have a parent rotating
snack list this year.
Each student needs to bring a packed lunch and/or arrange for catered
lunches offered through ILMS.

Extra Clothes
Each student must have extra clothes to keep at
school for “emergencies”.
Consider that as the seasons change, you might want to replace these
clothes with those appropriate for the season. These clothes will be
returned to you at the end of the school year. Please bring to school
the following items:
- Underwear (2 pair)
- Socks (2
pair)
- Outfits (2 sets)
- Shoes (1 pair)
Please put these items
in a clear plastic box labeled with your child’s name. It is
also helpful if you label your child’s
clothes with either labels or permanent marker.

- Washable cloth placemat, napkin, and napkin ring
- 1 water bottle to keep at school
- 1 lunch box
- Plastic pencil
box that is small enough to fit inside cubbies
- 5 sharpened #2 pencils
- 1 eraser (the white one is less messy)
- 1 package of colored pencils
- 1 12” clear ruler with inches
and centimeters
- 1 adult size pair of scissors
- 1 composition book (Mead with black/white
cover)
- 1 white 2 1/2’ binder with divider
- 1 package of notebook
paper
- 1 package of 3x5 index cards
- 1 sketch book (Mead 8 1/2” x 11” heavy
weight paper)
- 1 medium size paint brush
- 1 chrochet hook and some yarn
- 1 one subject spiral notebook (plain
color cover, no characters)
- 1 backpack
- 2 boxes of tissues
- 2 rolls of paper towels
