Primary Classroom Student Supplies List

In addition to the $75.00 materials fee, your child will need the following supplies at school. You may drop these off before school starts if you like. The ILMS Office is open from 9:00 am–1:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Extra Clothes

Each student must have extra clothes to keep at school for “emergencies”. Consider that as the seasons change, you might want to replace these clothes with those appropriate for the season. These clothes will be returned to you at the end of the school year. Please bring to school the following items:

Underwear (2 pair)
Socks (2 pair)
Outfits (2 sets)
Shoes (1 pair)

Please put these items in a clear plastic box labeled with your child’s name. It is also helpful if you label your child’s clothes with either labels or permanent marker.

Snack and Lunch

Parents provide a week's supply of snacks on a rotating snack list schedule.

Each student needs to bring a packed lunch and/or arrange for catered lunches offered through ILMS. Full-day/Afternoon students also need a cloth napkin and napkin ring to use weekly.

Canvas Bag

Each student also needs a canvas bag. This bag will be sent home on Friday with your child’s work and important messages from the school. Please check your child’s bag each week. We also ask that you send the bag back to school by Thursday of each week. The bags are packed on Thursday afternoons. Due to space restrictions, we kindly request that you do not send your child in with a backpack.

If you would like to purchase a canvas bag with the school’s logo, please stop by the ILMS Office. The cost of the bag is $15.00.

Full-Day/Afternoon students will also need an ILMS school t-shirt to wear on school field trips. The cost for the shirt is $10.00. Please contact the office should you need to purchase one.

Lunch Bunch Students

If your child is participating in our lunch bunch program and you would like to make a donation of any of the following items, Ms. Liz will greatly appreciate it:

paper plates
Paper napkins
container of baby wipes
3 oz. paper cups
paper towels
garbage bags
tissues
art and craft supplies (Please see Ms. Liz for ideas)
