Early Dismissal Days
All classes are dismissed at 11:45 on the last Friday of the month, several times a year.This time is for staff training and planning. Please check the school calendar for the Early Release Days for this school year.
The Lunch Bunch and
After School Care programs
are not offered on these days.
Snow Days
As a rule and to eliminate any confusion, Ivy League Montessori School
will follow snow days as prescribed by Forsyth County. This means that
whenever Forsyth
County Public Schools are closed due to “bad” weather,
we will be closed as well. In addition, announcements will be made
over local media:
Your Child's Absence from School
Because we consider you family, please call the school when your child
will be absent. Please see the Health
Guidelines page to consider keeping your child at home if he/she
is sick.
Unusual Circumstances
In the case of emergency or unusual circumstances such as no heat,
no power, etc., the school will notify you via our One Call Now system
so that you can make arrangements based on delayed drop-off,
early pick-up, or other schedule changes. For this reason, please make
certain that your most current information has been entererd into the One Call Now system accessible from our Home Page.
