Web-Site Update
- Kathy Sexton has done a great job updating the web page with
all the Parent Group information. Please visit the web page
and go to the “ILMS Parent
Group” link. It describes
who we are, it has all the current information regarding the committees
(with special links for those committees who provide information)
and all fundraising activites.
- New information that has been posted in the past week includes:
- New pages being created or modified include:
- Fall Festival Committe pages
- Fundraising page (link
on the ILMS Home Page and on the Parent Group page)
- We can post all our information in this section of the web. Please
contact Kathy directly as she is the only one with access.
- The ideal model for communication would be to send an email to
parents pointing them to information that is on the web rather than
sending an email with information that is duplicated on the web.
- If you want to have specific information (regarding your committee,
the parent group, fundraising, etc.) posted on the ILMS website,
please send the information via email to Kathy Sexton, and she
will post it for you.
- If you want to send out an email to all the parents, please
send it in to Donna/Becky via email, and they will forward it
on to the parents. This will make sure that the most current
parent distribution list is used.

- Monica Rank was unable to attend
the meeting.
- All current information about the Fall
