As an enrolled family of ILMS, you have the option to participate in the “Lunch Bunch” program for our younger students ages 3-4 years old, at no further cost. This program is available for use on a first come first serve basis. We are able to accommodate up to 20 students per day in this program. In order for your child to participate, you will need to complete and return the registration form. Children are not automatically sent to Lunch Bunch or After Care if parents are late. They remain with their teacher in the classroom.This is necessary to make sure we do not exceed our alloted number of children in these programs. We understand that emergencies do arise. If you will be late, please notify the school. If you do not notify us, you will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute past 12:00 or $1.00 per minute past 3:00.
This program is available from 12:00– 3:00 pm during the school year. This program includes lunchtime, outside playtime, snack, stories, arts and crafts, naptime, and occasional video time.
Ms. Liz and Ms. Lindsey are the caregivers for this program.
Picking Up Your Child and Sign Out Sheets for Early Pick Up
Carpool is provided for children in the Lunch Bunch program from 2:30–3:00 pm each day. However, if you pick up your child before carpool begins (2:30 pm) you must come into the ILMS Office and fill out the sign-out sheet provided to check your child out of Lunch Bunch for the day.
Late Pick-up
In the case of late pick-up, please remember to inform the school office. Students who are not picked up on time (after 12:00 morning and 3:00 evening) and are not enrolled in the lunch bunch or after school program will remain in their classroom with their teacher and you will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute.
What to Bring
For rest time:
Due to limited space, your child will need to bring the plastic Kinder-Mat and to use during rest time. This mat will fold down flat and store easily. We do not have the storage space for sleeping bags or comforters. Your child may bring a small blanket to keep with the mat if he/she would like.For lunch:

As an enrolled family of ILMS, you have the option to participate in the After Care Program, at no further cost. Designed to meet the needs of parents and children, it will be offered to all Ivy League students ages 4 and up.
The hours will be from 3:00pm – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Ms. Liz and Ms. Lindsey will be the caregivers for this program.
Activities
Activities will be based around educational games, outdoor time, arts and crafts, reading, and an occasional video. We ask that you provide a snack each day for your child.
Picking Up Your Child and Sign Out Sheets
After 3 PM, please come inside and fill out the sign-out sheet provided to check your child out of the After Care Program.
Late Pick Up
It is very important that you pick up your child by 5:00 p.m. The staff have family/school commitments that require them leaving promptly at 5:00. In case your child is not picked up by 5:00 p.m., you will be charged $2.00 per minute, payable upon picking up your child.
Enrichment Programs
We will continue to offer our After School Enrichment Program in addition to this After School Care Program.
